Progressive Quality Documentation & Final Handover Framework

Engineering Quality Framework

From Field Quality to Final Handover.

Structured quality documentation, traceability and progressive project handover for industrial engineering projects.

Current demo: invitation-only account activation, sign-in, administrator MFA and user access management. QMS documentation modules are not yet available.

PQD-FH

Framework modules

PQD-FH is an independently developed engineering framework for planning quality records, maintaining traceability and preparing structured project handover packages. The modules below describe the target architecture. Only FQD Rev. 1.00 is currently published.

02 / PQD-FH

Inspection and Test Planning (ITP / ITPL)

Planned

Development, project-specific adaptation, approval and revision control of inspection and test programmes and detailed plans, including acceptance criteria, responsibilities, intervention points and required records.

03 / PQD-FH

Red Line Mark-Up (RLM) / As-Built Control

Planned

Capture, control and verification of field changes, with traceability between approved modifications and their incorporation into the final as-built technical documentation.

04 / PQD-FH

System Completion and Commissioning Records

Planned

Evidence of system and subsystem readiness, completion, inspection, testing and commissioning, supporting progression between completion stages.

05 / PQD-FH

Final Handover

Planned

Controlled transfer and documented receipt of accepted technical documentation, structured information and completion evidence, including any outstanding obligations.

06 / PQD-FH

Lifecycle Data Management for Operational Analytics

Planned

Progressive validation, structuring, preservation and controlled reuse of engineering data and knowledge for operation, maintenance, reliability and operational analytics.

Publication status: FQD Rev. 1.00 is publicly available. Remaining modules are concepts or planned developments, not released procedures. Module numbering follows the GitHub README and indicates presentation order, not a strictly sequential workflow. Activities overlap during project execution. The overview does not claim industry-standard or certification status.
